Spoonly is an integrative mental health collective offering private-pay care for people living with chronic illness. We provide compassionate, whole-person care that addresses the emotional, physical, and systemic challenges our clients face. Our services include therapy, psychiatry, somatic support, health coaching, and functional nutrition.
Were expanding our founding therapist team and are looking for fully licensed, values-aligned mental health professionals who want to practice on their own terms while making a meaningful impact.
The Role
Were seeking a licensed therapist to join our founding team as a 1099 independent contractor. You'll work with teens and adults navigating chronic illness, trauma, grief, caregiving, and life transitions.
This role may begin as very part-time, with income building gradually in the first 1-3 months.
Because were onboarding clinicians in advance of our public launch, there may be a short delay between your start date and when client referrals begin. Were intentionally building a stable, high-quality system before scaling quickly through strategic marketing.

Must-Haves
- Active U.S. license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or equivalent) in at least one state
- Clinical experience with adults and/or teens
- Strong foundation in trauma-informed, relational care
- Comfortable with telehealth and confident providing virtual therapy
- Professional, private home office setup with secure internet and webcam
- Alignment with our mission and client-centered philosophy
